Chilli Noodles

Sliced chicken breast

300g ready to wok noodles

1 bag beansprouts

2 sliced peppers

Dozen sliced mushrooms

2 sliced Onions

1 vegetable stock cube in 300ml water

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp chilli garlic

1 tbsp thai style

1 tsp chinese five spice

Fry the chicken in vegetable oil and chinese five spice until cooked.

Add the peppers, mushrooms and onions, fry until softening, add the noodles and cook for 3 minutes, then the beansprouts and cook for 3 minutes.

Add the vegetable stock, soy sauce, chilli garlic and thai style, combine well and cook for a further 10 minutes until the sauce has evaporated and it just a coating on the noodles.
